IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please read.

PRODUCTION TIMES:
All of my shop items are handmade and will take up to 3-5 working days.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?:
I dispatch all of my orders directly from my UK office.

UK - Royal Mail 2nd class or upgrade to 1st class/special delivery from the shipping options menu at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL - Royal Mail standard airmail (no tracking) or upgrade to one of the tracked shipping services from the shipping options menu at the checkout.

TRACKING INFORMATION:
If you did not select and upgrade to one of the tracked shipping services at the checkout your order will be sent with Royal Mail standard which is a non-trackable service and it will not have a tracking number.

It is important to understand that items shipped via standard shipping will not have a tracking number and I cannot provide updates once it has been accepted by Royal Mail.

Tracked shipping costs more than double the standard shipping, which is why I do not use it as my standard shipping method and prefer to give my customers the option to pay extra or not.

Once I have shipped your order please kindly understand that shipping is now in the trust of Royal Mail/USPS etc. Delays due to Royal Mail/USPS etc are unfortunate but do happen from time to time. I thank you in advance for your patience and politeness concerning shipping enquiries.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
I will ship your order to the address you provided at the checkout. Please double-check to make sure you are not accidentally using an outdated address. Please notify me of any changes to your delivery address as soon as possible and I will make any changes if the order hasn't already left. If the order has been shipped to the wrong address the customer must wait for the order to be returned to the seller and pay the shipping fees again to ship the order to the new address.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
I take a lot of care and attention when making all of my items but if for some reason, there is an error/mistake with your order please contact me so I can resolve it asap. Please double-check your order and notify me immediately if you need to make any changes to your order.

Should you wish to return your order please contact me for the return address and return it to me within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once I have received the item(s) back I will issue the refund minus the original shipping costs.
